Investment Realtors was started over 25 years ago. A full service real
estate company with five full time agents.
We have chosen to be a smaller company so hopefully we can be a better quality company. We sell residential and commercial real estate. We also
specialize in investment property, hunting land and farmland throughout
Wisconsin and the United States. We lease residential and commercial
properties with hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial and
warehouse space. We can offer much more than most real estate companies.
University Area Housing
University Area Housing has been offering quality housing since 1974 and has an excellent track record in rental property management.
Through a combination of our professional management team and experienced maintenance staff you can rest assured that your rental experience will be a pleasant one.
Our Goal is to satisfy the demands of our customers by offering a high quality of service. Our maintenance staff consists of eleven full-time employees and an electrician that is certified with the City of Eau Claire. Our maintenance service is offered 24 hours per day.
We own all the units that we manage so you can expect extra care and diligence in the service you get and the maintenace the properties receive. In other words "we care".
West Ridge Park
West Ridge Park is located just past the Mill Run Golf Course and directly across from the former Menard's store (Old Mill Center) off of Highway 12 and Highway 124. From I-94, take Highway 12-Elk Mound exit; take Highway 12 East, past McDonald's, to right on County Road EE(also known as North Townhall Road).
West Ridge Park is a collection of duplexes located on the western edge of Eau Claire. It has a country atmosphere yet has easy access to many parts of Eau Claire, as well as Menomonie and Chippewa Falls.
West Ridge Park has both 2 and 3 bedroom duplexes. The 2 bedrooms, which make up the majority of the area, all have garages separating the living rooms of these side-by-side duplexes. They have full basements, some finished off and some not. They all have laundry hook-ups, Culligan filtered drinking water, large kitchens with much cupboard space, a spacious lawn, and a patio or deck off the kitchen.
The neighborhoods are quiet, generally with families who stay for a number of years. There is much common area, which we maintain and may be used by all residents. We have full-time maintenance people who make it possible for us to quickly direct our attention to any problems that may arise.
West Ridge Park is a great place to live for anyone who enjoys open space and friendly neighborhoods.
Our office hours are Monday through Firday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If you contact us ahead of time, we are also available for showings after these hours and on weekends.
